• Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 50% deduction.

• Digital services (photo galleries) are non-refundable once delivered.

• Physical products (printed photos, albums) are eligible for a refund only if damaged upon delivery.
